Rental Assistance
Am I Eligible?
· Do you work at Quest or have a family member who works at Quest?
· Are you a renter household in Oregon?
· Does your household income meet the program's limits? ($43,320/year or less or 80% of your county’s AMI)
How Much Assistance is Available?
· Quest will distribute 34 awards at 5-6 awards per month
· Award cap is 3 months of assistance at $500 (a total of $1500)
How Do I Apply?
If you qualify, fill out the application and include copies of the following documents:
· ID verification (driver’s license, passport, state ID)
· Rental or lease agreement
· Income verification (w2, tax return, paystubs)
An application will not be reviewed until all information has been received
· Send your final application and documents to kzipse@quest-center.org and title the email “Rental Assistance Application”
· You will receive a confirmed receipt within 1 business day
What Happens Next?
· If your application receives funding, Janet will send an email to you at the beginning of the month that your award is available and will verify payout instructions to your landlord.
· Applications will move onto a waiting list for the upcoming month based on time of reception
