Bids, Wins, and Generosity Galore!

We were excited to have 25 exciting Auction baskets with items and getaways donated by some of our favorite local businesses and Quest supporters. It was a pleasure to see them go to their new homes!

Heads or Tails?

Poison waters got everyone’s blood flowing with a lively game of Heads or Tails! The Winner took home a pair of Blazers tickets and a coffee basket from local brew haven, Never Coffee.

A Keynote Speech from Representative Rob Nosse

It was a pleasure to have state representative for HD 42, Rob Nosse, as Keynote Speaker. Since 2014, Representative Nosse has served the area which both Quest Center locations have resided. Representative Nosse spoke on his commitment to to the LGBTQIA2S+ community, and focus on accessible Behavioral Health Services

Celebrating Quest’s Co-Founder, Lusijah Marx

Quest Center certainly wouldn’t be where it is today without co-founder Lusijah Marx. As the creator of weekly Nutrition Night (who still attends weekly), we were honored to present her with a plaque designating our new kitchen as “Lusijah’s Kitchen.”

Quest Center’s Honoree: Lisa Fajardo-Faust

We were pleased to honor Lisa Fajardo-Faust for her unwavering support of Quest Center. Lisa is active in nonprofit leadership and joined the board of Quest Center for Integrative Health in 2006. In the 18 years Lisa has been in service to Quest Center, she has held the role of board member, board treasurer, advisory board member and finance committee chair-member. Lisa played a key role in securing Quest Center our new building. The Chief Deposit Officer at Pacific West Bank, she is a past Women of Influence honoree and awarded the 2023 Corporate Champion from Bradley Angle.

A Message from Quest Board Member Eli Pahl

Eli Pahl, LCSW, CADC III is the Quality Director for Mental Health and Addiction Medicine at Kaiser Northwest. Eli is a licensed clinical social worker in both Oregon and Washington and a Certified Addiction Counselor III in Oregon. Eli spoke on his interest in joining the Quest Board, a strong commitment to support sustaining and building health delivery systems rooted in patient-centered care that promote health equity and address social determinants of health.

And The Winner Is…

Congratulations to the winner of the Hawaii Raffle - Martin from Cielo Treatment Center! Here’s to relaxing on the Big Island in a beautiful oceanfront condo courtesy of Quest donors Tracy Lucas and Mark Oronzio. To top off the win, included is a flight voucher to Hawaiian Airlines, generously donated by the Quest Board. We’re happy for you Martin, and maybe a little jealous!

A Performance from the Talented Saeeda Wright & Alex Milsted

Our ears were graced with music from local musicians Saeeda Wright and Alex Milsted. Saeeda is an accomplished Portland soul singer with a gospel flair and jazzy twist.

A special thank you to Vibrant Table and Kurt Beadell for the wonderful eats, The Castaway Portland for having us in your beautiful space, to Poison Waters and crew for being the hostess with the mostess, to MetroEast for creating such a beautiful video (stay tuned for the release),  The Quest Board for your dedicated support, and last but certainly not least, every single one of you for being part of our beautiful Quest Community.
