Quest Center announces fee increase: effective 4/1/24

To demonstrate consideration of our clients, we at Quest Center want to let you know well in advance that we will be raising our self-pay and non-contracted fees for the first time in 5 years.

The fee increase will be 10%.

Please note that for clients who are covered under an Oregon Health Plan, this will have no impact.

For our self-pay and non-contracted (out-of-network insurance) clients, please speak with your

provider if you have concerns or questions regarding this increase.

We are dedicated to working with you and are committed to ensuring that you can continue your care here at Quest Center.

If you currently have insurance for which we are in network, there will be minimal to no impact to your copay. This fee increase will not impact the contracted rate we have with your insurance company.
