Summer Solstice Community Ritual

Facilitators: Kara is a licensed clinical social worker who values building community as a foundation for emotional and spiritual growth, and brings creativity and playfulness into her approach to inner exploration.

About: This is a group that integrates spiritual and ritualistic practices into self-care. Participants will be offered a guided seasonal ritual that promote emotional well-being and earth connection. Together we will explore how to create and use personal altars for intention setting, connection to the sacred as well as one another. Use tarot and oracle cards as a reflective tool to gain insight, clarity, and emotional support. Join us as we honor our mental and emotional well-being through sacred practice, intuition, and shared wisdom.

Open to: Anyone receiving Mental Health Services at Quest or with an MOU process complete.
