Expressive Writing

Day/Time: Tuesdays, 3:30-5:00pm

Start Date: 5/5/2026 for 5 weeks

Location: Via Zoom

Facilitators: Katie Borofka: MPH, LCSW, CST (she/her): Katie is a queer cis woman with a deep commitment to creating therapeutic spaces for exploring pleasure, sexuality, gender, relationship health, and identity integration.

About: A writer is someone who writes! Expressive writing, especially on a regular basis, has been shown to alleviate many mental, emotional, and physical symptoms of stress and trauma.

Following brief check ins, we will write in community, and end with brief reflections on your experience of writing (sharing your writing will always be optional).

Open to program participants of: Mental Health at Quest as well as members of the community receiving Mental Health services elsewhere
