About: This three part workshop series aims to provide participants with a safer community and discussion space to explore issues related to non-monogamy and polyamory. We will explore:
Day 1: Overview of different kinds of relationships and their history, current research on consensual nonmonogamy and polyamory, and how our values inform our ideal relationship structure
Day 2: How attachment informs our relationship choices, and designing nonmonogamous and polyamorous relationships
Day 3: Common challenges in nonmonogamous and polyamorous relationships
Infused in these workshops will be an emphasis on skills: attunement to our wants, needs, and limits in relationship to ourselves and others; deepening our understanding of our sexual values and how they inform our behaviors and choices; and communication skills with partners.
