From Chaos to Clarity: Mapping Your Inner World

Day/Time: Mondays, 10am-11:30am, 4 weeks

Start Date: 11/09/2026

Location: Virtual, via Zoom

Facilitators: Kara Edge, LCSW, & Rayvn Stanfield, LMFT

About:  In relationships—especially complicated ones—we often feel conflicted, overwhelmed, or stuck. This 4-week group offers a supportive space to explore those inner dynamics through the lens of parts work (inspired by Internal Family Systems and other integrative approaches). Using drawing, journaling, and guided small-group discussions, participants will map their inner “parts” and how they show up in close relationships—partners, family, friends, and beyond.

Whether you're navigating boundaries, attachment wounds, or inner contradictions, this group invites you to meet yourself with compassion and curiosity.

For those with prior experience with “parts work”. No art experience needed—just bring a pen and a willingness to explore.

Open to program participants of: Anyone receiving Mental Health Services at Quest
