About: In relationships—especially complicated ones—we often feel conflicted, overwhelmed, or stuck. This 4-week group offers a supportive space to explore those inner dynamics through the lens of parts work (inspired by Internal Family Systems and other integrative approaches). Using drawing, journaling, and guided small-group discussions, participants will map their inner “parts” and how they show up in close relationships—partners, family, friends, and beyond.
Whether you're navigating boundaries, attachment wounds, or inner contradictions, this group invites you to meet yourself with compassion and curiosity.
No art experience needed—just bring a pen and a willingness to explore. Participants can expect guided meditation, small and large group discussions, drawing/journaling prompts, and new skills

Open to program participants of: Open to Mental Health clients with experience in parts work or IFS groups at Quest.

To Register: Contact your Quest provider directly or call 503-238-5203 to ask the front desk for assistance contacting them.
