Upcoming Fundraising Events from Quest Center’s Community Partners
At Quest Center, we are proud to partner with so many organizations offering community resources in recovery, housing, peer support, and so much more. We believe that the best care comes with community support, and if we aren’t able to offer a specific resource, we do our best to connect our participants with organizations that can.
We wanted to take a moment to highlight just a few of the amazing organizations that we work with regularly, and some of the fundraising events that they have coming up to consider attending and supporting!
Miracles Club - Soul Stroll, 8/16/25
Miracles is a community recovery center that offers addiction peer services to the African American Community, a fellowship hall, a wellness program, events, and meeting space for community recovery meetings.
“Soul Stroll is an annual event dedicated to promoting health awareness within the African American community. Our aim is to provide accessible physical activity programs that enhance overall health and well-being, formerly hosted by the African American Health Coalition for 22 years. We offer evidence-based health education and advocacy, with a strong emphasis on addressing chronic diseases such as diabetes, which disproportionately affect our community. Our primary goal is to prevent and delay the onset of Type 2 Diabetes.”
Cascade AIDS Project - AIDS Walk NW, 9/13/25
Cascade AIDS Project, CAP is the oldest and largest community-based provider of HIV services, housing, education and advocacy in Oregon and Southwest Washington.
“For 40 years, CAP has held an annual walk to celebrate life, reduce HIV stigma, and remember those lost to HIV and AIDS. Started as "From All Walks of Life" in 1985, AIDS Walk Northwest (formerly AIDS Walk Portland) continues to provide a unique opportunity for the community to gather and rally all of our communities together to raise awareness.
We walk not only to remind people that we’ve all been affected by HIV and AIDS somehow in our lives, but also to remind our community that HIV continues to impact millions in the United States who need organizations like CAP to continue to live happy, healthy lives. AIDS Walk Northwest is our most public-facing event, with thousands of walkers in Oregon & Washington who walk with the financial support of their friends and family from across the country.”
