Losing access to a behavioral health provider? Quest Center is in-network with CareOregon and many other commercial insurance providers

It has recently been announced that, as of October 1st, behavioral health providers not contracted by CareOregon will no longer be able to bill the OHP insurance provider for their Medicaid patients. Additionally, as of January 1st, behavioral health providers not contracted by CareOregon will no longer be able to bill for Medicaid Advantage patients.

As we recognize the uncertainty and fear this may be causing impacted members, Quest Center wants to ensure that our community is aware that we are here for you. Quest Center is in-network with CareOregon for our programs in Substance-Use Treatment, Mental Health Therapy, Non-Opiate Pain Management, and Medical Services.

As of now, aside from our Mental Health program, all other Quest programs currently have no waitlist. That said, (at this time) our Mental Health team has been able to work off of the waitlist in as short a time as a month out.
