About:  

This group will offer new perspectives and engaging exercises rooted in interpersonal neurobiology. Based on the book Setting Boundaries That Stick by Juliane Taylor Shore, LMFT.

Participants will learn an evidence based approach to setting boundaries from the inside out. Goals for this group include improved communication as well as increased confidence and assertiveness that will support your relationship to yourself and others.
