About: Come and enjoy our latest wellness offering to inspire and cultivate community involving the use of sound frequencies, rhythms and patterns.
A variety of instruments will be used including crystal bowls, drums and chimes that offer a meditative, healing and restorative soundscape. You may use a yoga mat or sit in a chair for maximum comfort.
