About:  Many people live with chronic pain, stress, anxiety, trauma, fatigue, or physical limitations that make traditional exercise or wellness programs feel overwhelming. Mind-Body Therapy offers a gentle and accessible approach that combines movement, breath awareness, relaxation, and nervous system support to help reconnect with the body in a safe and supportive way. Sessions are personalized and adaptable. Practices may be done standing, seated in a chair, or reclined depending on each person’s comfort level, mobility, energy, and health condition.
