Connected Conflict Workshop
Day/Time: Tuesday, 10/6/2027, from 3:00-5:00pm

Facilitators: Katie Borofka, MPH, LCSW, CST, she/her: Katie is a queer cis woman with a deep commitment to creating therapeutic spaces for exploring pleasure, sexuality, gender, relationship health, and identity integration.
G. Ravyn Stanfield, LAc, DOM, MFT-A ,she/her: Ravyn is an acupuncturist, author, educator, and relational therapist who seeks to support relationships (in any configuration) to become nurturing and creative places from which to grow.
About: It is possible for arguments to be productive and even have the potential to bring us closer or help us grow within our relationships. This two-hour workshop will explore staying connected during challenging conversations, and how to work together during every stage of a conflict. We will look at concepts and techniques from Gottman therapy to support relationships before, during, and after an argument.
Open to program participants of: Quest Mental Health Clients: individuals, couples, and moresomes.
