Yael studied holistic nutrition and culinary arts at Bauman College. She is a certified Holistic Chef and whole‑food ingredient enthusiast with a passion for creating nourishing, nutrient‑dense meals that support overall health and well‑being.

Although she was raised in a nutrition‑conscious household, her personal health journey began in 2016 after completing a six‑week elimination cleanse. Determined to uncover which foods were affecting her health, she began a lifestyle shift that transformed how she felt and encouraged more thoughtful dietary choices. Following her reset and reinforced by her newly learned culinary practices, she turned her passion for wellness into purpose.

With a deeper understanding of dietary restrictions and nutrition‑based cooking, she now helps others navigate their own wellness journeys. She believes everyone’s relationship with food is personal and unique. Whether managing health challenges or simply hoping to eat better without added stress, she is dedicated to helping each individual feel their best through health‑supportive cooking methods that encourage sustainable, long‑term wellness.
