  • 4D Recovery - Recovery program for adolescents, young adults and their families.

  • Alano Club - In addition to over 100 weekly mutual aid support meetings, the Alano Club offers other recovery resources, like weekly recovery yoga and mindful meditation classes, monthly seminars on topics like brain chemistry and addiction and relationships and recovery, and regular workshops on topics ranging from recovery advocacy to mindful-based relapse prevention.

  • Another Chance - Offers high intensity outpatient programs, DUII, assessments/evaluations, IOP and supportive housing. Same day appointments available.

  • Boulder Care- Offers medication to help manage SUD, alongside peer support, social services support and care management services. All services available via telehealth.

  • CODA, Inc - Offers withdrawal management, residential treatment, opioid treatment, outpatient treatment, and housing.

  • Discover Recovery (Locations in PDX and Camas, WA) - Intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization programs in SE Portland. Evidence-based care with dual diagnosis support. Offers PHP, IOP, sober living, and aftercare programs.

  • El Jardín - El Jardín provides low barrier culturally and linguistically specific substance use disorder recovery support services to the Latinx community in the Portland Metro Area and Beyond.

  • Marie Equi Center - The Equi Center’s Recovery Mentorship and Harm Reduction Support Program is an LGBTQ2SIA+-specific support service for adults.

  • Miracles Club - Miracles is a community recovery center that offers addiction peer services to the African American Community, a fellowship hall, a wellness program, events, and meeting space for community recovery meetings.

  • NARA NW - Providing education, physical and mental health services and substance abuse treatment to American Indians and Alaska Natives since 1970.
