Sonja Beardsley (she/her), a PNW native, is no stranger to navigating the business and people operations landscape.

Armed with a Human Resources Management Certification from Portland State University, and over a decade of experience in business operations, her passion is helping organizations find their groove, managing diverse teams, and figuring out how to make work actually work.

Making it a point to keep things simple yet genuine, Sonja fosters her workspace through trust, psychological safety, and encouraging folks to thrive while being themselves. Whether it's navigating team dynamics or tackling operational challenges, she's all about finding sustainable and meaningful solutions to business operations, administration, finance, and people operations.
