Meaningful connection to ourselves and our community in these challenging times. This meditation recording uses imagery and guidance from neuroscience to contact the neural networks that hold our grounded connection to ourselves and each other.

Mindfulness practice starting with paced breathing (which brings calmness and restores rhythm) and suggestions for presence.

Short guided meditation with suggestions for shifting out of states of anxiety or depression by “changing the channel” to gratitude, love, and places of awe.

This is a meditation to relax and find comfort and ease and release of worries and pain. There is a stairway down, with each step down, bringing increased comfort and calmness, and release of whatever needs to go.
