“Stay Home if You’re Sick”: A Reminder of Quest’s Infectious Disease Procedures

With kids back to school and cooler months approaching, we’d like to take a moment to remind folks of Quest Center’s infectious disease guidelines as we enter cold and flu season.

😷 If you have Covid, flu, or cold-like syptoms in the last 10 days, test for Covid immediately.

😷 If positive, cancel your appointment(s) and stay off-site until at least day 6.

😷 If negative, cancel appointment(s) and stay home and test again on day 3.

RETURN ONSITE REQUIREMENTS:

😷 If you have a positive test, you may return onsite after day 6 of symptoms or after your positive test, whichever comes first, if:

- symptoms are improving

- cough is controlled

- no fever for 24 hours without medication

- negative covid testing

- wear a high-quality mask onsite for the next 5 days

If you think you might have exposed Quest staff, clients, or other community members covid or other exposures), we ask that you notify your Quest provider, the manager of the relevant department, or the medical team, so we can create a communication plan with the impacted individuals.
