Quest HIV Testing!

Hello all!

It is here- the new Quest HIV Testing Program! In collaboration with Ryan Smidt, we are ready and able to begin testing again! This program will be open to the general public, as in anyone can come and get tested.

This will be appointment based, with folks being able to schedule using this Jotform link or the QR code that is featured on the flyer! Masks will be mandatory for these appointments, as is Quest policy.

A flyer will live at the front desk for Quest clients who want to sign up for testing as well. In the near future, we will also be putting out the call to folx who may be interested in becoming testers themselves so please stay tuned!!
