DBT Skills

Check out this introduction to DBT Skills group starting May 26th and running for 9 weeks on a weekly basis Fridays  10:30am-12pm. (Flyer above). 

This is a great course for those who want to learn skills to use in daily life to improve relationships, self-awareness, communication, decision making, and lessening the intensity and impact of emotional distress (and more!) 

As the title implies, this is a skills group and will cover the four modules of DBT:  Interpersonal effectiveness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation and mindfulness. We will learn and practice skills together in person at Quest.
