Quest has 3 tracks within our SUD Programming:

Finding and Sustaining Recovery (FSR) is an integrated behavioral health treatment program designed to help those dealing with addiction build sober and healthy lifestyles.

The Resilience Initiative (TRI) is a unique addictions treatment and pain management program specifically focused on serving the African American community. TRI has been developed through a partnership between Quest Center and Miracles Club.

LINK(Living with Intention & Knowledge)

LINK (Living with Intention and Knowledge) is Quest’s harm reduction-based outpatient substance use treatment program. This program acknowledges the spectrum of substance use and has witnessed how health and wellness goals are achievable within that spectrum.

Goals to Meet:

Attend all scheduled appointments for a calendar month.
(Groups, individual meetings, acupuncture, outside meetings, and UA’s if requested/as a part of your treatment plan.)

Just like incentive surveys, the months do not have to be in a row!

The items offered are recovery/wellness-focused items intended as supplementary support for your personal recovery journey as well as incentivizing attendance.

Once you have met all the requirements, your counselor will submit a request form with your choice of item for approval by the FSR Manager.

Once approved, your item will be ordered and your provider will let you know when it is ready for pickup!
