Hello, so glad you're here! I'm a licensed counselor with 8 years of experience in the field. Often my work has focused on chronic or acute trauma processing, family and relationship concerns, and supporting individuals who have experienced marginalization due to identity.

I’m trained in and enjoy providing EMDR. Other recent training and areas of interest include Polyvagal Theory informed therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Internal Family Systems.

I hope to approach therapy sessions with authenticity, compassion, flexibility, humor, and curiosity.
