Mental Health Intern
Hello! I am moving full time into the field of mental health after working for over a decade as a teacher and school-based mental health provider. I am pursuing my licensure through Oregon State University, and am thrilled to be in community at Quest! I have a trauma-informed, relational approach to therapy, and quite a bit of experience supporting folks who identify as neurodivergent, especially adult-diagnosed, parents and non-traditional family structures, and folks navigating burnout, whether that's showing up in their work, their relationships, or just the cumulative weight of carrying a lot.
