Mental Health Therapist

My approach to therapy is individualized to best meet the needs of each person- you are the expert on you! I believe the therapeutic relationship is the most important aspect of therapy, and I value creating a strong and safe relationship with each individual I work with.

Coming from a trauma-informed perspective, I primarily use Internal Family Systems and Narrative Therapy techniques in my therapeutic work to support you in getting to know all the parts of yourself, the stories you hold, and how this impacts you and your patterns. I value nuance and hope to support you in sitting in the many areas of grey that can make life complicated. I have a background in addictions counseling and have a passion for supporting people in moving through stigma, shame, and self-doubt.

I am a native Floridian and left the heat for the beauty of the Pacific Northwest in 2017 after graduating from Florida State University with my master’s degree. Outside of work, I can be found in or near water, cuddling with my cat, Kira, antiquing, or working in the garden with my wife.
