Josh Oppenheim, PA-C, is a Physician Associate and Regional Labor Partner for Primary and Urgent Care in the Portland area. He brings experience in both clinical care and health system leadership, with a focus on supporting care teams and improving access to high-quality, equitable healthcare. His clinical work centers on primary care, including LGBTQ+ competent care, chronic condition management, HIV treatment and prevention, as well as gender-affirming services.

Josh is passionate about culturally competent care and has been involved in clinician education and health equity initiatives within his organization and the Portland community. Inspired by Quest’s commitment to inclusive, whole-person care, he is dedicated to helping expand access and reduce barriers for underserved populations.
