Jenn McCoy, LAc, DACM, graduated from the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine in 2024. She volunteered for two months doing acupuncture in rural health clinics in Nepal with the Acupuncture Relief Project (ARP) before joining the team at the Quest Center for Integrative Health. Jenn continues to volunteer with ARP as the herbal medicine support lead in coordinating donations and creating educational materials for the volunteers and Nepali practitioners. She also works at Dr. Lu's Acupuncture and Massage Clinic, where she primarily treats musculoskeletal complaints due to injury.

Prior to her training in acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine, Jenn studied Western herbal medicine and healthcare for 20 years, and practiced as a clinical herbalist in collaboration with a medical doctor and nurse practitioner for 8 years. She draws on 12 years of experience working in the medical field in conventional, naturopathic, and acupuncture clinics, and is well-versed in navigating integrative models of healthcare and facilitating communication and collaboration between providers. She enjoys teaching and has been a guest lecturer for the Elderberry School of Botanical Medicine, Hawthorne Institute, and the Herb Pharm Herbaculture Program. She is passionate about affordable, accessible healthcare and is honored to be a part of such an inclusive community at Quest. She is developing specialties in orthopedics, chronic pain management, sports injury, neurological conditions, digestive complaints, reproductive health, and mental/ emotional support. Jenn takes a functional approach to treating pain by addressing muscle imbalances, joint dysfunction, and movement patterns.

In her free time, Jenn enjoys gardening, hiking, biking, rock climbing, surfing, snowboarding, and cross-country skiing. She is an aspiring singer-songwriter, musician, and poet, passionate about live music, dancing, and food, and enjoys as many sunrises and sunsets as possible. She loves living in Portland, OR, amongst a community rich in holistic healthcare, art, and activism.
