Non-Recovery Based Housing Resources

  • Do Good Multnomah - Do Good Multnomah journeys side-by-side with Veterans and other underserved communities so that all individuals are seen, supported, and valued while navigating shelter and housing.

  • Just Compassion - Offers shelter, case management, rapid rehousing, safe parking program, housing benefits, family shelter and additional services.

  • Transition Projects - Multiple programs to help assist people from homelessness to housing.

  • PDX Saints Love - Multiple programs, including a day shelter offering essential resources, including hot meals, hygiene and wound care kits, clothing, peer support, and case management with community health workers focusing on shelter referrals, detox and treatment referrals, housing navigation, and resource navigation.

SUD/Recovery/Sober Living Resources

  • Another Chance - Offers high intensity outpatient programs, DUII, assessments/evaluations, IOP and supportive housing. Same day appointments available.

  • CODA, Inc- Offers withdrawal management, residential treatment, opioid treatment, outpatient treatment, and housing.

  • Discover Recovery (Locations in PDX and Camas, WA) - Intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization programs in SE Portland. Evidence-based care with dual diagnosis support. Offers PHP, IOP, sober living, and aftercare programs.

  • Oxford House- Oxford Houses are self-run, self-supported homes for individuals in recovery from a Substance Use Disorder.

  • Women First- Exists to provide a nurturing environment so women can rebuild their lives and self-worth, and to bring out the hidden talents in women by building their leadership and life skills in order to help them find joy and success. Offers transitional housing, peer support and skills groups, amongst other services.
