Mental Health Intern
Hello! My name is Haley, and I am a mixed/bi-racial Asian American, cisgender woman who is currently a Mental Health Intern on the team here at Quest. I believe that through our lived experiences, we make meaning of our lives and that therapy is a collaborative process, where you are your own expert. I value creating a safe environment for each client, making a space where you feel seen, heard, and listened to. I use an integrated approach, weaving together aspects and techniques of Gestalt, psychodynamic, Narrative therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
I am currently a Master’s student in the Professional Mental Health Counseling program at Lewis & Clark Graduate School of Education and Counseling with an undergraduate degree from the University of Portland. I am a member of the American Counseling Association (ACA), and I work under the supervision of Hillary Reno, Mara Burmeister, and Lewis & Clark's faculty supervisors. Outside of the office, I enjoy hiking, visiting the Oregon coast, baking sweets, and spending time with loved ones.
