About: What we eat affects how we feel, both mentally and physically. Many people are interested in exploring this connection more deeply in their healing journey, but may feel overwhelmed or not sure where to even start. In this group, we will cover:
• Tips for shopping on a budget
• Storing food
• Pantry staples
• What foods can be frozen
• How to read food labels
• Options for when you don't want to cook
• Options for premade foods
The recipes presented are simple to prepare, budget-friendly and delicious. We emphasize nutrient-dense whole foods and have gluten-free and vegan options available.
