Day/Time: 8 week group from 9/10 - 10/29 | Thursdays 1:30pm-3:00pm
Start Date: 9/10/26
Location: First day orientation on September 10th will occur onsite at Quest upstairs in room 222. Group will be meeting starting September 17th at the West side of Creston park, close to parking lot located at the corner of Rhone St and 43rd Avenue. Transportation via shuttle will be available.

About: A starting point in our journey towards wellness is reconnecting with the Earth. This group uses grounding and sensory activities to help deepen skills, strengthen attachment, and sense of connection to nature. We will explore how nature can offer healing and support. This group will involve light movement, and a majority of this group will be located in a public park. Ample seating will be available via large, spacious picnic tables. Gathering space will be within eyesight of parking lot and public restrooms. Facilitators will try their best to accommodate physical accessibility as best we can, but please note gathering space is not paved. Please wear comfortable shoes and weather appropriate Fall clothing.
