Consent Skills

Facilitators: Katie Borofka, LCSW, CST (she/her), Katie is a queer cis woman with a deep commitment to creating therapeutic spaces for exploring sexuality, gender, relationship health, and identity integration.

About: During this three hour workshop, we will explore tools and skills related to sexual communication and consent. Participants will have time to engage in personal reflection on their experiences with consent, ways that they would like to engage in sexual communication, and practice with other group members.

We will explore risks/benefits of tuning into our authentic nos and yeses, learn ways of building resiliency to rejection, and learn ways to access our pleasure in various roles of giving and receiving touch
