The Asian Health and Service Center is hosting a grounding workshop for Asian and API/A young adults (ages 18 to 25) on May 29th from 4:30pm to 6:00pm at the Asian Health & Service Center for AAPI Heritage Month & Mental Health Awareness Month in the Portland-Metro area.

This event is open to the public, but the content may be most relevant to folks in the 18 to 25 age range. This event will be conducted in English and refreshments will be provided.
