Thursday, October 9th, 2025 from 6 to 9pm
at Ecotrust's Irving Street Studio in the Pearl
721 NW 9th Ave. Portland, OR
Admission is $15 in advance, $20 at the door.
Children 12 and under attend for free.
Sample fermented foods and beverages, get tips and recipes from
professional and amateur makers. Categories include:
Pickled Vegetables - Kraut - Meat / Fish
Liquid - Dairy - Solid Dairy - Liquid: Non-alcohol / Alcohol - Soy Ferments (Tempeh, Natto, Miso) and Others!
