In collaboration with PDX Saints Love, Portland Street Response, Cultivate Initiatives,  and many other local community based organizations. We will have showers, haircuts, hygiene, clothing, ID replacement vouchers, shelter and detox referrals,  and a hot meal every single Monday from 10am-2pm right in the upper east parking lot of Lents Park. 

As the season moves through, our Community Wellness Fairs will be added to, bringing amazing resources like Care Oregon and Trillium Community Health Plan with assistance for OHP, fresh produce from Walk4Change, and a hot breakfast served on site, prepared by Our Streets PDX and many other community based organizations. 

We will have Community Health Workers and Peer Support Specialists on site to connect individuals with much need resources in their local community. 

These events are open to the public and prioritizing individuals and families living unhoused, BIPOC communities, resource insecure families, and immigrant individuals and families.
