Dominique was born and raised in San Diego, California, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Forensic Technology. She moved to Portland in 2020 and has fully embraced life in the Pacific Northwest—with no plans of heading back to California anytime soon. Dominique was drawn to human resources through her background in criminal justice, with a strong belief in fairness, consistency, and doing things the right way. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, making sourdough, and watching documentaries.
