Wellness Movement

Quest Center offers different kinds of movement services which compliment all our programs. Our providers endeavor to create trauma informed spaces for you to engage in movement which releases tension, anxiety and pain. 

Yoga 

Yoga is available to all Quest clients. Studies show yoga to have a positive impact on chronic pain, cravings and issues with mental health. Our practice is centered in offering yoga in a safe, comfortable space. People of all abilities are welcome and encouraged to attend.

Qi Gong

Qi Gong is a combination of breath work, movement and meditation. It is effective in stimulating blood and lymphatic flow, optimizing oxygen absorption and boosting the body's innate healing ability.

Social Ballroom Dancing

Social Ballroom Dancing is a fun non-intimidating approach to the world of dance. This group can help improve things such as self-awareness, self confidence, and overall happiness by reinforcing a healthy lifestyle for both body and mind. Plus, it’s a great way to make and meet new friends!

Functional Fitness

This group is for all levels of gym experience/physical abilities. The Gym is women owned/run and caters towards women and the LGBTQIA2S+ communities to create a more comfortable space than many traditional gyms. The building is ADA accessible, and the class will offer modifications, including modifications for people who use wheelchairs. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing, appropriate shoes, and bring a water bottle. There will be some gym clothes available at a first come first serve basis. Open to program participants of: FSR/LINK/TRI/WISH
