Quest is almost ready to move to our new building!

For the move, Quest will be closed for on-site services March 2-8 (On March 8, Quest is closed to celebrate International Women's Day). If you have scheduled appointments on those days at the Burnside or Flanders locations, please contact your provider.  

Quest will re-open to on-site services at our new location at 3231 SE 50th, Portland, OR 97206 on Thursday, March 9th. Effective Thursday 3/2/23 Quest will no longer be providing services at either our Burnside or Flanders locations.

Through all this time, Quest will still be providing on-site services from our Clackamas location. We will also still be providing telehealth services.
