Quest Clinic Status 1-6-22

Dear Quest Community,

With regards to the CDC’s (Center for Disease Control) recent decision to reduce COVID-19 quarantine timelines, Quest Center has decided to retain our own internal protocols of 10 days minimum quarantine since the time of a positive COVID-19 test. If either a Quest staff person or client tests positive for COVID-19, they must quarantine for at least 10 days before returning on-site to any of the Quest locations. With the continual threat from the Delta and Omicron variants of COVID-19, Quest leadership has decided it is in the organization's best interest to maintain the longer quarantine time to protect our staff and clients.

Our priority is the health and safety of our community and our staff. Quest leadership will continually monitor the COVID-19 pandemic and follow CDC guidelines in all circumstances unless additional precautions are deemed appropriate.
