Quest Celebration Event

On September 15th, Quest had the pleasure of hosting a small Celebration event with a few of our long-time supporters. This was an opportunity for Quest to say thank you to those who have continuously lifted us up, and helped to make it possible for us to continue providing life changing services to many of Portland’s most vulnerable populations in our new permanent home.

Quest’s own Lumin Egress played some ethereal tunes on his vintage Rhodes electric piano while guests enjoyed small bites and mocktails.

Executive Director Dr. David Eisen, Founder Lusijah Marx, and Board Chair Lou Stagnitto shared their excitement of settling into a new building, looking hopefully towards the future.
Multnomah County’s Manager of Addiction Services Anthony Jordan delivered a few words on Quest Center’s diverse and necessary services in Outpatient Substance Treatment, Chronic Pain Management, HIV Services, and Mental Health Therapy. Mr. Jordan also spoke on the importance that Measure 110 has had in increasing access to these services at Quest and among many other community based organizations.

Anthony Jordan speaks on Quest Center's diverse services and offerings.

Quest Center’s Behavioral Health Resource Network (BHRN) Navigator and Outreach Specialist Elyjah Fritz-Rafael gave a heartfelt speech on the positive role that Quest Center has played in his own recovery journey.

As a fun thank you, we put together a relaxation raffle basket with some of our favorite Portland items.

Aesthete Tea is a community-focused, BIPOC, woman-owned brand offering ethically sourced herbal teas and unique blends to promote a sustainable and mindful lifestyle.

Wolf Ceramics, located in Hood River, generously contributed two of their hand-crafted mugs for enjoying your relaxing cup of tea in style.

Penrose Candles is a small-batch candle company that uses the scents of Oregon to inspire their hand-poured candles.

Creo chocolates source their premium Ecuadorian cacao beans directly from their partner farms, with total dedication to sustainability, ethical practices, and a positive impact on the broader chocolate community.

To finish out the evening, Quest’s Director of Behavioral Health Dani Deer gave guided tours of the new building, and Edna Gray shared a special gift with Lusijah.

We have so much gratitude for every single one of our supporters, and look forward to many more celebrations to come. Stay tuned for updates, successes, and future Quest Center events!
