Kaitlin came to Quest after 12 years in Hospitality Management, where she learned to find structure and organization in even the most hectic of environments. A thoughtful risk-taker and a roadblock remover, Kaitlin assists in the curation of Quest's operations procedures to ensure that the ship is running smooth for our clients, staff, and community. She is at her happiest spending time outdoors, under the stars, with her husband, daughter, and pup.
