Addictions Assessment Counselor
Aurora is an experienced addictions counselor at Quest Center, bringing nearly 4 years of hands-on experience in the addiction field and 2.5 years of counseling experience. With a deep commitment to recovery, harm reduction, and creating pathways to healthier living, she strives to empower clients to reclaim their well-being and thrive. Aurora holds certifications as a CADC-1 (Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor) and CRM-2 (Certified Recovery Mentor). Alongside her role at Quest, she is currently pursuing a degree in Social Work and Public Health at Portland State University. Originally from Eugene, Oregon, Aurora has lived in Portland for the past 5 years. Her work is deeply informed by her personal experiences navigating social systems and overcoming challenges, which allows her to connect with clients in a genuine and empathetic way. Aurora is passionate about creating positive change, supporting recovery, and advocating for equitable approaches to personal health and addiction treatment.
