WISH Chair Yoga

About: Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga thatβs done while seated or using a chair for balance, making the practice more accessible.
Using your chair for seated poses or balancing poses, you can take advantage of the many benefits yoga provides, such as; increased circulation and feelings of well-being; decreases in blood pressure, anxiety, inflammation, and chronic pain.
