GRACIE DILLEY-BUCCIARELLI, MFT

Registered Mental Health Intern

I am an individual, relational and family therapist with a masters degree in marriage & family therapy. My therapeutic lens is grounded in intergenerational and systemic models of therapy which means I view personal experience within the context of naming how social frameworks and systems of power influence mental and community health. In my education background I chose a focus in relational and systemic modalities because I wanted my training to meaningfully address how societal entitlements and discrimination influence the ways in which people seek comfort and navigate mental health. I work with folx in exploring relational patterns and core beliefs, resourcing creativity, self-compassion and resiliency. Common themes explore experiences of identity and marginalization; healing from developmental and relational trauma; cultivating relational trust and accountability to the goals you have for yourself and those you love. Narrative practices, neuroscience and mindfulness, cultural context models and internal family systems are primary modalities I work from. My personal background includes working in collaboration with artists, plants and animals, performance artists and documentary film. I use they/them/theirs pronouns, am a dedicated parent and partner, friend to nature, and working class person of European descent.
