Change is coming! OHP Renewal letters are going out now through mid-2024. Take action to protect your medical benefits and make an appointment with Quest’s onsite Marketplace Assister.
If you are losing OHP coverage, our Marketplace Assister can help you figure out why, submit a redetermination, or find subsidized options through healthcare.gov to help you get the care you need.
If you don’t already have health insurance, or are interested in learning more about your options, our Marketplace Assister at Quest Center can answer questions and help you sign up for the Oregon Health Plan.

What is the Oregon Health Plan (OHP)?
OHP is Oregon’s Medicaid program for low-income Oregon residents. To qualify, you must live in Oregon and meet Medicaid income requirements: Generally, you can earn up to 138 percent of the Federal Poverty Level. This is $16,000 for a single person, or $32,900 for a family of four.
