A Portland native, Jessi Howe graduated with honors from Linfield College, earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Social and Behavioral Sciences. She graduated from the Financial Planning Program at the College for Financial Planning in 2007, earning her Certified Financial Planner® designation.

Jessi has practiced as a fee-only financial advisor since 2008. In 2014, she obtained her Certified Divorce Financial Analyst® designation, making her uniquely qualified to help clients going through that difficult life transition. Jessi became a partner at Silver Oak Advisory Group in 2012 and has served as the firm President since that time.

Jessi has stayed active in the financial planning community by serving on the Board of Directors of the Oregon & SW Washington Financial Planning Association. She has also time with Junior Achievement, which helps to foster her interest in teaching money skills to younger generations.

According to Jessi, the most satisfying aspects of financial planning include simplifying, organizing and adding focus to financial goals, which in turn can allow people to realize their dreams are achievable.
