Facilitators: Raychel Porter (she/her) CRM, CADC-I: Raychel has struggled with chronic pain and illness most of her life. She understands the impact that trauma can have on our bodies and the isolation and depression that can come with it.

Karla Morgan (she/her) ND, SEP: Karla is a Mental Health Intern and Somatic Experiencing practitioner. She specializes in the intersection of chronic illness and trauma.

About:  This experiential group welcomes folks living with chronic pain and illness who want support in learning how to accept, understand and live with their chronic condition.

Using a trauma informed lens, we will bring together skills from Somatic Experiencing, Polyvagal Theory, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness and Relaxation techniques. We will meet in a shared, trauma-informed space to learn from each other and build community.
