Connected Conflict Workshop

Facilitators:
Katie Borofka, MPH, LCSW, CST, (she/her): Katie is a queer cis woman with a deep commitment to creating therapeutic spaces for exploring pleasure, sexuality, gender, relationship health, and identity integration.
G. Ravyn Stanfield, LAc, DOM, MFT-A (she/her): Ravyn is an acupuncturist, author, educator, and relational therapist who seeks to support relationships (in any configuration) to become nurturing and creative places from which to grow.
About: It is possible for arguments to be productive, and even have the potential to bring us closer or help us grow within our relationships.
This two hour workshop will explore staying connected during challenging conversations, and how to work together during every stage of a conflict. We will look at concepts and techniques from Gottman therapy to support relationships before, during, and after an argument.
Any Quest client wanting to bring another person(s) must complete a release of information in advance by requesting an ROI from the referring provider.
Open to: Open to individual Mental Health clients as well as couples and moresomes.
