Sonja Beardsley (she/her), a PNW native, is no stranger to navigating the people operations and human resources landscape.

Armed with a Human Resources Management Certification from Portland State University, and over a decade of experience in the field, her passion is helping organizations find their groove, managing hybrid and remote teams, and figuring out how to make work actually work.

Making it a point to keep things simple yet genuine, Sonja fosters her workspace through trust, physical safety, and encouraging folks to thrive while being themselves. Whether it's navigating team dynamics or tackling challenges, she's all about finding sustainable and meaningful solutions.
