Licensed Acupuncturist
Krista A Bargsten is an acupuncturist with Quest Center for Integrative Health, where she works both on-site at Multnomah and off-site in community acupuncture clinics. Born and raised in the upper Midwest, Krista studied studio and video arts at Hampshire College in western Massachusetts. Later, she went on to study classical Chinese medicine at National University of Natural Medicine (NUNM) in Portland, Oregon where she focused on acupuncture, qigong, and community clinics. Prior to Quest Center, Krista worked at Central City Concern's Old Town Clinic and Hooper Detox. In both her personal and professional life, Krista endeavors to understand origins -- from etiology to etymology. When she isn't working with patients, she enjoys collecting fortune cookie fortunes, watching the world float by, and re-discovering her love of bicycling.
